Thank you for making our crisis such a pleasant experience with YOURE help. Rich and I had called a couple places to quickly help us to replace our old furnace which died and cold weather was approaching quickly. A gentleman came to the house from another company, briefly quoted us a price, said little and left. Paul from Dependable Heating & Cooling came the following morning, checked everything then sat down with us both and explained what we needed, the whole process and then the quote. I was extremely impressed with how detailed he was, and I didn’t feel like he was on a marathon to rush out and felt no pressures. Paul and Kay kept me updated on the progress of the A/C replacement on our apartment. It was not an easy 1 day job. They had to overcome weather conditions, delays with the other trades involved with the roof replacement. Extremely professional and the quality of workmanship was excellent. When our hvac co. went out of business with no warning we asked around and Dependable Heating and Cooling was highly recommended. We had Paul at our door within hours for a non emergency. He and his assistant went over our two furnaces and air conditioner with a fine tooth comb, they cleaned everything thoroughly, ran diagnostics, and spent much time explaining all procedures. Very impressed by his friendly, knowledgeable professionalism. A+ experience!

Great Service and Product! I recently had a small energy efficient Coleman furnace installed at my home in South St Louis. Our technician, Paul was extremely prompt and professional. We had several other larger companies come out and give bids. My wife and I were skeptical when they tried to sell us a new AC unit outside as well, because it was relatively new? Paul came out and actually was able to sell us only what my wife and I needed. He did not use the normal high pressure sales tactics. The cost actually was less than other bids and we now have a HVAC company we trust and love! I only wish this was the norm.

Both times we called D.H. & C. they gave us prompt professional service. Even went above and beyond what most other similar service providers would have done. Would recommend to anyone!

I have no idea what that other person is talking about. I've used them for years. They drop everything for emergencies. They always done the right thing instead of the more profitable thing. And their pricing is super reasonable.

Absolutely horrible company all the technicians are very cocky. They nickel and dime you to death and every time the came out they wanted to charge a service charge. After having a very good company check me to my house the tech said this company caused more problems than they fixed. If there was a negative star rating I would definitely use it with this company.
